Program Description: This Webinar is designed to help prepare international tax professionals for this year’s compliance season. The latest technical guidance on GILTI/FDII and Foreign Tax Credits will be highlighted while focusing on what’s new for the 2019 tax year. Form 5471 filing requirements continue to evolve along with the IRS MEF e-File Schema. All GILTI related filing requirements including Form 5471 Schedule I-1, Forms 8992, 8993 and 1118 will be covered during the session. Learning Objectives: Participant will understand how to prepare the U.S. International Tax Compliance Forms related to IRC Section 951A.

With a career spanning 20 years within Big 4 public accounting firms and for a Fortune 500 company, Alexis focuses her practice on international corporate tax matters, advising clients on the new international tax provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, including but not limited to, the GILTI regime, FDII, BEAT, section 163(j) and section 245A.
Marilyn R. Jankowski, Director, Forte International Tax
Marilyn R. Jankowski has over 30 years of experience as an international tax practitioner. Marilyn has extensive experience working in the tax departments of several large multinational corporations including Baker Hughes and Emerson Electric. Her areas of focus include tax provision, international tax planning and compliance. She has been with Forte International Tax for more than 10 years where she has gained significant experience assisting multinational companies in implementation and training of Vantage Point software and developing process improvement strategies.
