Merger And Acquisition Services

• Perform employment tax due diligence reviews separately or as part of a merger and
  acquisition services team
• Assist in developing structures that minimize the overall tax burden of the transaction
• Identify cost reduction and/or saving opportunities
• Ensure tax agency notifications are properly completed and filed in a timely manner
• Ensure that “SUTA Dumping” prevention requirements are followed
• Advise on year-end employment tax reporting
