Job Shadow Program
True Partners Consulting sees the value in partnering with college campuses to provide opportunities and create a pipeline of future talent for the firm. Many colleges and universities have started to provide Job Shadow Programs as an offering to their students in an effort to strengthen those relationships. Job Shadow programs enable True Partners Consulting to host students to shadow our professionals for a day over a designated break from a student’s semester. This not only provides a glimpse at real world opportunities for students, it assists our firm with identifying future interns and full-time employees. This program further allows students to learn about our firm and the career paths available.
