Norman Bautista is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Los Angeles office.  With over 10 years of public accounting experience in the High Technology, Bioscience and Biopharmaceutical industries, he provides compliance and consulting services for a wide variety of companies.  He has experience in FAS 109, Accounting for Income Taxes, State Nexus Studies and Section 382 Limitation.

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Mr.  Bautista was with Reading International Inc. as the Tax Manager.  He was also a Tax Manager with Mohler, Nixon and Williams where he managed a diverse list of clientele including public and nonpublic companies, start up companies, partnerships and high net worth individuals.   He began his tax accounting career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers’s San Jose office shortly after college.

Mr. Bautista received a BS in Business Administration (Accounting Concentration) from San Jose State University.
