Iain Robertson is a Partner in True Partners Consultings London Office.  He was educated at Cambridge and Oxford Universities and qualified as a fully trained Inspector of Taxes.  Subsequently he has worked at one of the big four firms for 11 years, and since 1999 as a partner in both a national firm (where he was National Head of Tax Technical for four years) and at a well respected regional firm.

Mr. Robertson's specialism is corporation tax where he has advised companies of all types - ambitious start ups, large private groups and listed companies including businesses with presences in Europe, the US and the Far East.  His areas of expertise include intellectual and real estate property planning and sales, disposals and reorganisations.

His work has seen him develop innovative solutions to particular needs and also help businesses deal with meeting their filing requirements effectively in an increasingly challenging environment.

Mr. Robertson has written and talked on many occasions on tax matters and sits as a technical committee member at the Chartered Accountants Tax Faculty.
