Eric Grasso is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Boston office.  Mr. Grasso manages the Flexible Staffing service line which assists clients with project-based staffing and direct hire needs.  He has 10 years of broad recruiting experience including direct outsourcing, retained search as well as consulting placement in the fields of accounting and finance.  His recruiting experience has focused on Fortune 500 clients as well as a number of international construction and engineering firms.
 
Mr. Grasso previously held the position of Director of Recruiting for Hudson Financial as well as recruiting manager for a number of national / regional staffing firms in the Boston area.
 
Mr. Grasso received his B.S. from Salem State College and is currently a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Financial Executives Networking Group.
