 Wade Harton is a Senior Manager with True Partners Consulting.  He specializes in performing pro-active cost recovery studies (PACRs) for owners and developers of large, complex construction projects for clients in a wide variety of industries.  For the past 11 years, he has assisted numerous companies in maximizing the benefits available under the Internal Revenue Code related to design and construction activities by identifying and providing support for assets qualifying for accelerated depreciation and focusing on providing contemporaneous documentation.  Recently, he has done extensive work for corporate campus projects, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers located throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Harton was a Senior Manager for an international accounting firm.  He was responsible for the production and overall account management for his engagements.  Mr. Harton has experience in providing support and documentation for clients under IRS examination.  Prior to entering public accounting, he held various positions in financial management. 

Mr. Harton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.
