Victor M. Polanco is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Managing Director of True Partners Consulting LLC. 

Mr. Polanco has extensive experience in the fields of global supply chain, real estate, and technology management, having worked predominantly for global consumer products and manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Polanco held positions of increasing responsibility at Sara Lee Branded Apparel, including Vice-President Corporate Integration, and most recently Vice-President Global Supply Chain, where he led multiple initiatives to develop a multi-billion dollar global supply chain strategy.

Mr. Polanco is a Managing Partner & Founder of JHL Real Estate Investment and currently sits on the board of directors for Operations Associates.

Mr. Polanco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of New Haven in Connecticut, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
