Tom DeCamp is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Tampa office with more than 10 years of experience in the public accounting industry. He has served clients that are both publicly-traded and privately-held in various industries, including manufacturing, real estate development, construction, retail and professional service firms.
Before joining True Partners Consulting, Mr. DeCamp was a Manager at Grant Thornton, LLP. While there, he was responsible for tax compliance, consulting, and tax planning services for multiple clients.
Mr. DeCamp has extensive experience including the review and preparation of federal and state income and franchise tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals and trusts. He is also involved in various consultation projects for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, including FASB 109 tax provision reviews, compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, multi-state tax planning and tax implications of corporate formation and reorganization.
Mr. DeCamp received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
