Sonya Kemp is Vice President—Human Resources for True Partners Consulting. She has 20 years of Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 corporations. She is responsible for setting the people strategy for the firm and partnering with the Office Managing Directors to hire winning talent and design, implement and maintain benefits, compensation, and professional development infrastructure that retains them.
Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Ms. Kemp was a Director—Human Resources for Equity Office, a Chicago-based commercial real estate company. Beyond her work in real estate, she has worked for The Travelers, Verizon, and Northrop Grumman in both regional and corporate roles.
Ms. Kemp received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University, and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of La Verne, both located in Southern California.
