Sean O’Leary is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago Office.  He has over five years experience in advising clients regarding multi-state tax issues. He has focused primarily in the area of income tax consulting and has advised clients in area including nexus studies, controversies, and voluntary disclosures.

Mr. O’Leary’s has advised companies representening a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, and utilities.   

Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Mr. O’Leary was a member of Crowe Chizek’s Illinois State and Local Tax Practice and prior to that he was with Arthur Andersen’s Chicago Office. 

Mr. O’Leary earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina.
