Sara Neff is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office. She has more than eight years of experience working with multinational, Fortune 500, and mid-market companies in the manufacturing, health care, and financial services industries.
Ms. Neff has over five years of experience with the accounting firms of Arthur Andersen and Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she was a member of the Large Corporate Tax Consulting groups. She has also worked in Zurich North America’s corporate tax department.
Ms. Neff has substantial experience in the areas of international and federal taxation, including transaction structuring, due diligence, tax planning, FAS 109 and tax controversy. Most recently, she has been engaged as a Project Manager for several large Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and FIN 48 compliance projects.
Ms. Neff received an Associates degree in Accounting, Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and Political Science from the University of Southern California, and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago with an emphasis in taxation. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Tax Section. |
