Ross J. Valenza is a Managing Director in True Partners Consulting's Tampa office. He is a 13-year veteran of the public accounting industry and has served a diverse range of clients in varying industries.

Before joining True Partners, Mr. Valenza was a Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While there, he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for more than 40 clients and targets. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was a Senior Tax Manager at Grant Thornton where he assisted his clients through tax planning opportunities and handled the budgeting and financial results for its Orlando-based tax practice.

Mr. Valenza also spent 10 years at Arthur Andersen. As a Senior Tax Manager, he supervised staff in Orlando, Tampa and Miami to ensure his corporate, partnership and individual clients were compliant with tax regulations, as well as consulting with them in order to minimize their tax burden. Additionally, he gained extensive experience with the Internal Revenue Service audit defense. As a Tax Manager, he prepared and analyzed sales models for billion-dollar real estate transactions and prepared, coordinated and reviewed partnership and corporate tax returns.

Mr. Valenza received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Siena College and a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
