Robert Rischmann is a Managing Director at True Partners Consulting. He specializes in assisting businesses negotiate credits and incentives to secure cash and non-cash incentives, reduce their state and local tax burden, and reduce internal costs for employee training.

Throughout his career, Rischmann has helped Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies identify and secure tax credits and incentives. He has also assisted many clients with sales/use tax issues including transaction planning and audit defense. His clients have included major manufacturers, telecommunications companies, retailers, commercial airlines, independent power producers, public utilities and healthcare companies.

Before True Partners, Rischmann held various leadership positions during his 12-year career at Big Four firms, including serving as Principal at Arthur Andersen. While there, he oversaw practices and developed training and methodologies to enhance client service quality. Prior to entering public accounting, Rischmann worked for the Illinois Department of Revenue and was a Corporate Tax manager for a Fortune 500 healthcare company.

Mr. Rischmann received his Bachelor or Arts in Accounting from North Central College. He has been a frequent speaker on various tax credits and incentives-related topics including the implications of Cuno v. Daimler Chrysler Inc.
