Patrick Philpott is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Tampa office. He has 14 years of experience in the public accounting industry and served a diverse range of clients in a variety of industries.
Before joining True Partners Consulting, Mr. Philpott was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP and was responsible for tax compliance, tax controversies, tax planning, and consulting services. Prior to Deloitte Tax, he was a Revenue Agent for the Ohio Department of Taxation in the Franchise Tax Group in Cleveland, Ohio.
While at Deloitte Tax, Mr. Philpott spent eight years in the general tax practice and six years in the Multistate Tax Services Group. While in the general tax practice, he managed the compliance process and consulting services for multiple clients. In the Multi-state Tax Services Group, he used his background as a Revenue Agent and general tax practitioner to assist clients with state tax compliance, state tax planning, and state tax controversies.
Mr. Philpott received his Bachelor of Business Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of North Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. |
