Michael Cholewczynski is a Senior Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office and a seasoned tax professional with over eight years of extensive tax consulting experience.
Mr. Cholewczynski specializes in corporate and partnership taxation, assisting clients through a variety of complex federal income tax issues. He is experienced in income tax compliance, bankruptcy tax issues, business acquisitions, tax due diligence, restructurings, FAS 109, and other various areas of federal income tax consulting. Industries served include manufacturing, professional sports, airlines, and retail.
Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Mr. Cholewczynski was a manager in the Merger &Acquisition Transaction Services practice at Deloitte Tax LLP. His prior experience includes four years working in the Tax Reporting Services group at Arthur Andersen LLP and time at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Cholewczynski received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctorate degree at DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
