Margaret Janeczek is a Manager in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office with over six years of extensive tax compliance and consulting experience.
Ms. Janeczek specializes in corporate and flow-through taxation, assisting clients through a variety of complex federal income tax issues. She is experienced in income tax compliance, tax due diligence, FAS 109, business acquisitions, IRS audits, and other various areas of federal income tax consulting. Industries served include manufacturing, construction, real estate, professional services, and utilities.
Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Ms. Janeczek was a manager in the Lead Tax Services practice at Deloitte Tax LLP. Her prior experience includes working in the Tax and Audit group at American Express Tax and Business Services.
Ms. Janeczek received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from DePaul University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
