Les Secular is a Partner in True Partners Consulting’s London office.  Mr. Secular is a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Mr. Secular has been practising tax for over 30 years, working both for Big 4 firms and smaller firms and specialises in transfer pricing and cross border tax issues for both international companies investing into the UK and Europe and UK companies expanding their operations internationally.

Mr. Secular has recently advised on a restructuring of a large multi-national organisation and has also advised a significant number of US companies wishing to expand their operations into Europe.

Mr. Secular has lectured on international tax issues and was, for 4 years, the UK representative for European Taxation, a monthly tax journal issued by the IBFD.
