Jennifer Mester is a Senior Manager for True Partners Consulting LLC based in the Los Angeles office.  She joined the firm in November 2007 and has over eight years of experience assisting both public and private clients.   Her past and current experience includes FAS 109, Accounting for Income Taxes, FIN 48, Accounting for Uncertainties in Income Taxes, 382 studies, and income tax compliance for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and Individuals.  With a specialization in the taxation of Financial Institutions, Ms. Mester’s clients have included banks, mortgage lenders and automobile finance companies.

Ms. Mester was formerly with Arthur Andersen, Deloitte & Touche and RSM McGladrey, prior to joining True Partners Consulting.  At RSM McGladrey, she was a member of the firmwide Financial Institution Tax Team and the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Team.  At Arthur Andersen she was a member of the Bankruptcy Taxation Team.

Ms. Mester received her Masters of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California and her Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.  She is a regular attendee at the annual Bank Tax Institute.  Ms. Mester is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
