Dorota Borchardt is a Manager in the Federal tax practice in True Partners Consulting’s Chicago office where she engages in the wide variety of tax compliance and consulting projects. She has over seven years of both public accounting and corporate tax experience.
Prior to joining True Partners Consulting, Ms. Borchardt was a Senior Tax Analyst at ComEd, the Exelon Company, where among other things, she was involved in various tax functions, that included tax provision calculations; federal, state and local tax compliance; Sarbanes-Oxley control process; tax planning; and audits by various taxing authorities. Prior to ComEd, she was in the Lead Tax Service Group at Deloitte, and the Large Corporate Group at Arthur Andersen assisting various clients in different industries. She specializes in corporate federal tax compliance and consulting, FAS 109, FIN 48, and Section 404 services.
Ms. Borchardt received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Masters in Taxation degrees from DePaul University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
